Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Chief Executive Officer at Star Ferro Cement Limited has been with working with the group since last 11 years.Mr. Gupta has a rich experience of over 20 years in finance, accounts and corporate & fiscal laws. Prior to his current role he was the Chief Financial Officer of CMCL and had been instrumental in project financing, external borrowing, capital incentives realisation, etc. Under his leadership, the company has seen growth of 10 times in terms of production and market expansion from North East to West Bengal, Bihar and now Jharkhand. Prior to joining CMCL he has worked with Vinay Cements and Arihant Credit Capital. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and ICWA.

Shri Dilip Kumar Agarwal is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Star Ferro & Cement Limited. Shri Agarwal joined the Star Group in 2009 as General Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Star Cement Meghalaya Limited and subsequently moved to Star Ferro & Cement Limited as CFO in the year 2014. He started his career with Kalyanpur Cement Limited and subsequently served Reliance and Bharti before moving to Star Group. Through his distinguished experience spanning 25 years in reputed organisations across manufacturing and service sectors and across verticals, Shri Agarwal has gained in-depth knowledge in the areas of Finance, Taxation, Supply Chain, Audit and Operations.Shri Agarwal is a Commerce Graduate from Patna University and is a Chartered Accountant.
